You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier or depending on the courier you may be required to collect from their Depot.

Postage Costs

Standard delivery

UK up to 500g £2.50, 501g to 750g £3.00, 751g to 1000g £3.50, 1001g to 1500g £5.50, 1501g to 2000g £6.50, for parcels over 2000g carriage costs will be confirmed before despatch. All Carriage costs for parcels will be displayed at checkout. The actual cost for any delivery will always be shown at checkout. Up to five working days for despatch

Overseas orders

Countries defined below up to 500g Euro 6.00, 501g to 750g Euro 8.25, 751g to 1000g Euro 9.75, 1001g to 1500g Euro 13.50, 1501g to 2000g Euro 17.25, except where otherwise stated. Carriage costs for parcels over 2kg will be displayed at checkout. (This is for the Royal Mail's international sign for service and delivery should be no more than 10 working days) We reserve the right to use other carriers if required and this may effect the cost of carriage. The total cost of carriage will be displayed at checkout.

Please note: Orders to the USA, Canada, and Japan may take longer to arrive and postage will need to be confirmed following receipt of the order request, based on total weight of the items.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your order via our website but our Customer Services department will assist you over the telephone.

buypropolis.com offers a 'No Quibble Guarantee' on all purchases. This means anything purchased can be returned as long as it has not been opened or the seal has been tampered with in anyway.

buypropolis.com does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. In these cases buypropolis.com will refund the postage costs on receipt of your parcel.

If you are not happy with your unused purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 28 days of receipt for an immediate exchange or refund.

Please use the following steps to return your parcel:

i. Inside your parcel there will be an advice note, and a return slip.

a) A returns slip for you to include in your parcel.

b) An advice note for you to keep for your records.

ii. Pack your parcel securely making sure you include your returns note.

Take the parcel to the post office. We advise that you use the "Standard Parcel Delivery Service" with the extra compensation option if the goods exceed the value of £27.00 (this option should only cost approximately 45p and will ensure you will be compensated in full should your parcel go missing). Please ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty please email us quoting your name and order number, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then email you back with an authorisation code and advise you whether we have a replacement item in stock or if you will receive a refund, either way you will be reimbursed for the postage.
